Greatly enjoyed its brilliantly friendly staff.

Stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was quirky and fairly clean, had delightful views, ideal location in the area beyond hiking. The service was exceptional, the food was great.

Reasonably spacious and reasonably priced hotel! Outstanding and beautiful rooms with great beds, easy to regulate and older dated furnishings, heated pool. Marvelous staff on the night shift, no complaints whatsoever. Nice venue, 9 miles from Buchanan Field airport.

The hotel with beautifully maintained and well-equipped rooms, in a very enjoyable area, in the hills outside Oakland. Easy check in and late check out. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

Fairly clean, boutique hotel. Luxurious suite, exceptionally comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast with a Mimosa and runny eggs, as example and top-notch service. Location so close to Close to Berkeley, nice restaurants and great shopping, and Lafayette and nearby Walnut Creek. Really excellent base for one night.

Conveniently located near the freeway with no noise disturbance. Helpful and accommodating staff, offering directions and assistance. Spacious ADA room with accessible shower and grab bars. Beautiful and private pool area amidst trees. Delicious dining options at reasonable prices. Easy commute to Oakland.

The valet parking attendant was very nice

I checked in at 4pm and my room was not ready for me yet. I had to wait for 30 minutes while they got a room ready for me. No one at the front desk apologized for the wait or let me know that there was going to be a 30 minute wait. When I was finally given my room key it did not work and I had to walk back to the front desk with all my stuff. Again no one at the front desk apologized. I booked a delux room but was not given a delux room. Again no one said anything. I only noticed when I recieved my bill because of the price difference.

Nice place for discovering Lafayette with brilliantly friendly staff with a very nice receptionist. Delicious and free selection for breakfast. Marvellous location in East Bay areas and very enjoyable area. The hotel of choice in Lafayette.
